Founded by someone who’s walked the path — from building a recruitment agency from scratch to scaling it to a multi-million pound turnover firm and successfully exiting — my approach is grounded in real experience, not theory. I started DGNA Consulting because I know firsthand how lonely and overwhelming running a business can feel — especially in recruitment.
